Hi Calle Johansson,
Thank you for reaching out to us about deleting photos from Google Photos. While we currently don't have a tool to delete all photos at once, I'm here to guide you through the available options.
Here's how you can delete photos in smaller batches:
Access the Storage Management Tool: Visit this link: https://photos.google.com/quotamanagement
Review and Select: Under "Review and delete," choose a category of photos you'd like to manage, such as "Blurry photos" or "Large photos & videos."
Choose Photos to Delete: Select up to 250 photos at a time that you wish to remove.
Move to Trash: Click on "Move to trash" to delete the selected photos.
I understand this might not be the ideal solution, and I apologize for the inconvenience. We're constantly working to improve our services, and your feedback is valuable in shaping those improvements.
Requesting a "Delete All" Feature:
To directly let our product specialists know about the importance of having a "delete all" feature, please follow these steps:
Visit Google Photos: Go to photos.google.com.
Click Help & Feedback: At the top of the page, click on "Help & Feedback."
Send Feedback: Scroll down and click on "Send feedback."
Enter Feedback & Case ID: Clearly describe your request for a "delete all" feature, and please include your case ID number (3-4230000035374) for reference.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need assistance with the deletion process, don't hesitate to reply to this email.
Kind Regards,
Gwyneth Fiorentino
